Our Day-to-Day Eco-Actions
Paper Reduction
We print only when absolutely necessary. When printing is required, we use recycled paper, prioritize double-sided printing, and opt for low-ink settings. Additionally, we rely on digital tools to share documents, making them easily accessible to our entire team while minimizing our environmental footprint.
Optimized Email Management
Aware that emails also contribute to digital pollution, we regularly clean out our inboxes and virtual trash folders. This process extends to social media content, videos, photos, and everything stored on our servers. We also avoid sending large emails by limiting the number of recipients and attachments.
Reducing Travel
To lower greenhouse gas emissions and ease traffic congestion, we promote remote work and prioritize virtual meetings. When travel is necessary, we opt for biking, carpooling, or public transportation.
Energy Conservation
All our equipment is energy-efficient. At the office, we turn off lights whenever possible and make the most of natural light. At the end of the day, we reduce heating and shut down our computers—contributing to responsible energy management.

Planning a Sustainable Event
At SUITE22 Événements, we are committed to upholding a high level of environmental responsibility in every event we organize. Through simple, cost-free, and effective actions, we’ve established ourselves as a leader in the field.
By informing and raising awareness, we help shift habits—and today, we can help turn your project into a sustainable event.
Here’s how:
Transportation
To minimize unnecessary travel, we primarily use photo libraries and virtual tours for site scouting and selection. We prioritize venues that are accessible by public transportation and encourage our teams, clients, and guests to choose active or shared modes of transport. We also ask our suppliers to turn off their engines during loading and unloading.
On the Menu
We encourage our clients to choose local, seasonal, and organic foods, while promoting menus that are primarily plant-based. We prioritize fair trade products such as coffee, tea, sugar, and chocolate, and avoid including red meat, endangered fish species, and ultra-processed foods. We also provide contactless water refill stations.
Recyclable & Reusable
We choose reusable tableware, plates, containers, utensils, and water bottles. At our event sites, we plan for clearly marked bins to facilitate waste sorting. For signage, we prioritize reusable or recyclable materials accepted by local recycling facilities.
SUITE22 Événements also places great importance on the proper collection and disposal of hazardous materials, such as batteries and Sterno fuel cans.
Giving Back
We collaborate with specialized organizations to redistribute surplus food and prevent waste. In addition, we recover decor elements that are still in good condition and donate them to nonprofit organizations that can put them to good
Sanitary Products
We replace disposable wipes with reusable cloths, which we change regularly. Our cleaning products are organic, locally sourced, fragrance-free, and purchased in bulk. For personal care, we use 100% recycled paper products.
Venue Decor
We prioritize renting furniture, decorations, and other accessories rather than purchasing them. This not only reduces our environmental impact but also allows us to continuously refresh our creative approach.
